2S Celebrate the Last Supper

Year two have been spending time learning about the Christian celebration of Easter. We have read all about Holy Week, and even got the chance to act out The Last Supper using pitta bread and blackcurrant. This really helped us to think about what Jesus meant when he said ‘This is my body’ and we have been learning about symbols of faith. We can’t wait to finish off learning about the story with an Easter egg hunt for information all about Easter Sunday and Jesus rising again!
