Debating Champions for the second year in a row!

 

Heaton St Barnabas’ have been part of a debating triad with Saltaire Primary and Rainbow Primary for the past two years. Over 100 of Year 5 and 6 have taken part in debate club during this time! We meet regularly to debate different topics, practise our skills and enjoy some friendly competition.

On Thursday 18th May we combined forces with our rival teams to form one team to compete against other schools from the Bradford district. We are delighted to say we won… for the second year in a row! Can we win again next year? Watch this space!
