Please can I ask parents and carers to emphasise reading and phonics with the children at home. This can be found in their reading books or simple sounds that can be found in forms of songs on YouTube.

Children also have their homework book with them, in which children can choose whichever piece of learning they wish to do, in supporting their learning and further development.
